絵画技法はスフマートと言われ、レオナルドが開発した。

薄く透明な絵具をぬり重ね、輪郭線を描かず、

陰影によってのみ表現する

The picture technique was said to be sfumato,

and Leonardo developed it.
He painted with transparent paint thinly

and did not draw the outlines

 expressed  object only by shadow

確かに、実際の物体に輪郭線が見えません

まさに

We can not surely see outline to a real object
